All World Gayatri Pariwar, bangalore organized a unique seminar and book exhibition on 'scientific spirituality' at prestigious research institute  - Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore on 16-17 July 2011.This half-day seminar along with 2-days book exhibition and a cultural evening celebrating Guru Purnima with Deep Yagya witnessed great scientific minds quenching their spiritual thirst with various talks, discussions, programs on 'scientific spirituality'.

Cleaning Drive in Dharmasthala, Karnataka

Gayatri Parivar, Bangalore organized a 2 day cleaning drive in Dharmasthala and Ujire village in Karnataka on 28-29th May, 2011. Around 70 volunteers from Bangalore participated in the drive. The purpose of this activity was to clean the temple village and create awareness about cleanliness among public.

DIYA Bangalore in Flood Relief Operations - Oct 2010

DIYA Bangalore participated in the flood relief operations along with AWGP on 11th, 12th, 17th & 18th October. Below is a first hand report on that:

Members of DIYA Bangalore participated in this activity in 2 ways. We raised funds close to Rs 60000 from members and friends. On 2 weekends, DIYA Bangalore members did shramdan activities in AP and Karnataka.
